Documentation requirements differ for Individual and Corporate applicants and must be submitted to our Compliance Team for review. Once all required documents have been received, the onboarding process will commence. Register today by reaching out to the team.
Corporate Accounts
To open a Corporate Account, applicants will be required to provide information and supporting documentation relating to the company, its ownership structure, and the individuals who ultimately own or control it. Please note that the requirements listed below are not exhaustive, and additional information or documentation may be requested by our Compliance Team during the onboarding process.
This guidance primarily applies to limited companies. Equivalent information may be required for funds, partnerships, trusts, sole traders, and other legal structures, depending on their ownership and control arrangements.

Beneficial Ownership
We are required to identify and verify all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), being individuals who:

Own or control 25% or more of the company’s shares or voting rights, directly or indirectly; or

Otherwise exercise effective control over the company.
Where ownership is held through intermediary entities, additional documentation may be required to establish the ownership chain through each level until the ultimate beneficial owners are identified. This may include shareholder registers, member registers, or certified ownership structure charts showing ownership percentages, entity names, and countries of incorporation.
